I wanted to thank you for all your work in helping me towards a successful closing in purchasing my home. Everything was well-prepared and everyone present agreed that it was an unusually efficient and pleasant closing.
As you know, it was extremely important to me to close in good time. Given all the problems I had with other parties not exactly keeping their word in moving for a fast conclusion, I especially appreciated your attention and help. Really, you were the one person who always returned my calls, and was always ready to address my concerns.
I know it can’t have been easy to deal with, much less reach me, with all the out of-town travel I have been doing during the entire three months of our closing period. So thanks for going the extra mile in keeping up with me as well as the mortgage, throughout. I’ll be happily referring others to you in the future.
