Lori and I just wanted to thank you for the excellent job you did in securing a mortgage for us at a great rate. More importantly, you performed under pressure and delivered when others could not. We went to two other mortgage companies. One company promised us a good rate, then increased the rate, and then on top of that, was not able to procure a commitment. The other mortgage company just did not seem to know what they were doing and had us up against the wall. The sellers were getting impatient and were about to cancel the contract and put us in default. As you know, we had a no mortgage contingency clause and were running out of time when we were referred to you. You did in two weeks, what the others could not do at all. You obtained a commitment, structured the deal the way we wanted, and got us a rate that was better than what we were initially quoted.
