I meant to get this note out to you many weeks ago, to offer my gratitude and
appreciation for your efforts on the refinancing of my cooperative in Manhattan.

Unfortunately, the demands on my time at First Boston prevented me from writing to you sooner. In fact, you may recall that I was quite busy during the entire refinancing
process as well. Thanks to your tenacity and patience (with me particularly), the process was afforded an opportunity to progress predictably to a successful closing with minimal input from me.

My lawyer also mentioned that you were instrumental prior to closing, providing him with every detail necessary to complete the deal. I simply wanted to drop you a thank you” note for your professional care and courtesy.
